Individual Therapy

One to One therapy 

Individual therapy is time and space for you to address whatever has brought you here. People often seek therapy when they feel stuck or tired of the way they feel or behave in life. In therapy, we will meet and decide together what your goals are. As time progresses, I will be there to offer support, intuition, tools, and/or guided healing. I believe in honoring the intersectionality of each human therefore, it is important that we respect your beliefs, thoughts, and ways of learning and change in therapy.
